In addition to all Platinum Plus benefits, your company will receive exclusive sponsorship of the President’s Reception, giving you unparalleled access to TSPMA leadership and key decision-makers.
This prestigious package is reserved for vendors who have been TSPMA partners for 7-10 years and Platinum Plus members for 3-5 years. If multiple vendors qualify, the TSPMA Board will determine the final selection.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Voluntary Cancellation:
If you must cancel for any reason, you may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Conference Cancellation due to an act of God/pandemic:
In the event TSPMA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, TSPMA will refund the cost of registration according to the payment method used. Credit card payments will be refunded for the amount paid, less the 3% credit card fee. TSPMA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses including charges made for travel and lodging.
Payment can be credited to future conference(s).
