CANCELLATION POLICY
Voluntary Cancellation:
If you must cancel for any reason, you may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Conference Cancellation due to an act of God/pandemic:
In the event TSPMA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, TSPMA will refund the cost of registration according to the payment method used. Credit card payments will be refunded for the amount paid, less the 3% credit card fee. TSPMA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses including charges made for travel and lodging.
